Earlier in her career, she co-founded CreateHealth.io, an open innovation platform designed to connect industry, patients, caregivers and clinicians to turn real-world insight into better healthcare products and services.

She also served as Managing Director at eyeforpharma, owning P&L responsibility, leading a 30+ person team, opening new markets, and scaling flagship events with strong commercial growth.
